Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
1.1. The Muurswagg as the Promoter, Tems Concert Tickets Giveaway ("the Giveaway") is open to all individuals who are at least 16 years old at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees of Muurswagg and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2. How to Enter:
2.1. To enter the Giveaway, entrants must:
a) Follow @Muurswagg Instagram account.
b) Like @Muurswagg Instagram post related to the Giveaway.
c) Comment the 🤎 emoji in the comments of the official prize post.
2.2. Entries must be made between June 7, 2024, 6pm EST and June 12, 2024, 11:59pm EST ("Competition Period") to be valid.
2.3. No third-party or automated entries are permitted.
2.4. Entrants remain subject to the Instagram terms and conditions.
3. Entry Deadline:
3.1. Entries received after the end of the Competition Period will not be valid.
4. Entry Compliance:
4.1. All entrants (including the winner) must comply with any reasonable directions given to him or her by the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw.
4.2. Impersonating another account will result in disqualification.
4.3. If the winning comment is deleted or brands are unfollowed before receiving the prize, the winner will be disqualified.
5. Accompanied Entries:
5.1. If under 16, entrants must be accompanied by a guardian or parent.
Winner Selection and Contact:
6.1. The Promoter will select 1 winner at random from entries within a reasonable time after the end of the Competition Period.
6.2. The winner will be announced on June 14th, 6pm EST, in the comment section of the prize post.
6.3. Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.
6.4. At the end of the Competition Period, the Promoter will announce the winner on
Instagram (“Winner”) whereby the Promoter will ask the Winner for their name and email address, proof of age, proof of Entry and other details as applicable. Once the details have been provided in the manner stipulated herein, the Promoter will provide further details regarding the Prize.
6.5. If the winner fails to provide their Details to the Promoter within 48 hours of the Promoter's direct message on Instagram, the Promoter may withdraw the Prize from that Winner.
Prize Details:
7.1. The Prize comprises: - 2 x Tickets to see Tems in concert. - $200 Muurswagg Credit added to the winner's Muurswagg account.
Ticket(s): Section General Admission, Row , Seat(s) , (2 Ticket(s)
Venue: The Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater, Miami Beach, FL
Date: Thursday, Aug 22 at 8:00pm EST
Event Restriction: Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 5 will not be admitted.
Under 14s will not be permitted on the standing areas.
Resale of tickets is prohibited for this event.
7.2. The Prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions and is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or any other services.
Winner Publicity:
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to publish each Winner's name and Entry on the Promoter’s official social media accounts, including Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
Entry Requirements:
9.1. Any Entry deemed by the Promoter to be unlawful, obscene, vulgar, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, offensive, or which may otherwise bring the Prize Draw or Promoter into disrepute will be excluded from the Prize Draw.
9. 2 . Muurswagg reserves the right to amend or terminate the competition and prize details.
Liability
10 .1. Except for death or personal injury caused by negligence of the Promoter or its agents or representatives or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, neither the Promoter, nor its agents or representatives assume responsibility for:
10.1. any Prize that is not redeemed;
10.2. any personal property;
10.3. any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure;
10.4. any system failures or malfunctions of any third party websites;
10.5. any incomplete, lost, delayed or late Entries;
10.6. any failure to fulfill obligations of any third parties involved in this Prize Draw
10.7. any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by the participants in the Prize Draw howsoever arising from participating in the Prize Draw
10.8. any injury or damage to a participant which may be related to or arising from the Prize Draw or the Prize;
10.9. any other matter outside of their reasonable control.
10.10. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
10.11. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute or common law are expressly excluded from these Terms and Conditions.
10.12. The Winners agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the Promoter, its group of companies and their officers, employees and agents from and against all liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including legal and other professional fees) arising out of or in connection with any allegations or claims resulting directly or indirectly from:
10.13. their Entry into this Prize Draw; and/or
10.14. their receipt and use of any Prize.
